The Easton Arts Trail 2007

Welcome to the first ever Easton Arts Trail, which takes place in open houses, community venues and in the streets across Easton, on Saturday 30 June and Sunday 1 July.
We have over 85 artists, makers and performers taking part in this fantastic event with group art exhibitions, workshops, performances and cafes at the Easton Community Centre, Silai for Skills and Kebele Community Cooperative. There are also great artist exhibitions in open houses, gardens, cafes and in St Marks Road Baptist Church – either use the map and guide on this website or come to the Information Point at the Easton Community Centre from 10am on Saturday 30 June to collect a printed map and guide to find out what’s going and where.
Easton is a vibrant creative community with art and creativity everywhere, you just need to look! Opening hours for the event are 10am-5pm on Saturday 30 June and 11am-4pm on Sunday 1 July unless otherwise stated. Printed Maps & Guides to the Easton Arts Trail will be available from the Information Point at the Easton Community Centre from 10am on Saturday 30 June.
How to get to Easton:
By bus - get either the No 48 or No 49 from Bristol Town Centre or from Fishponds, both buses run along Stapleton Road, ask the driver to let you off near St Marks Road.
By train - there’s an hourly service from Temple Meads to Stapleton Road, leaving Temple Meads at 8mins after the hour. The train leaves Stapleton Road to return to Temple Meads at 5mins to the hour. Saturday service only, no service on Sunday.
By bicycle - you can also get to Easton via the Bristol to Bath cycle path, park up at the Easton Community Centre for best access to the Easton Arts Trail.
