Credits & Thanks
The Easton Arts Trail is organised by volunteers from the local community who work hard throughout the year to coordinate this annual community event that celebrates the quality and diversity of the creative talent in Easton. We are an artist-led organisation, founded in December 2006, with the aim of showcasing the broad range of creative talent in Easton by providing a platform for local artists, makers and performers to promote and develop their work in the community.
This year we would like to say a big thank you to joint chairs, Julie Begen and Joanna Waterfall, to Lisa Furness who coordinated the arts trail, Patrick Winch – membership secretary and treasurer and to Shelly Abrahams – fundraising. A huge thanks Sarah Cooke for all her work organising the front garden competition and to both our designers this year – Laurence Briand who designed our striking poster, Simon Davis who created and designed this years programme and map and Sophie Mason for coordinating our PR and communication activity this year.
Big thanks also to the Easton Community Centre and all who helped out with and came to the arts trail fundraiser on May 13th where we raised £600 to go towards to cost of running this and next year’s arts trail.
We are always looking for volunteers to help coordinate the event and for more artists and performers to take part, so if you are interested in getting involved please email info@eastonartstrail.co.uk
Big thanks also go to our funders, sponsors and supporters:
Bristol City Council’s Arts, Festivals & Events Team for grant funding through the Community Festival & Event Fund.
